Is the Driftoo™ Pillow suitable for children?

Yes — many kids use and love it! Thanks to the adjustable Velcro strap, the Driftoo™ pillow fits comfortably on most children aged 6 and up.

Just make sure it fits securely and doesn’t interfere with seatbelts or proper posture during use.

What’s the pillow made of?

Driftoo™ is made with premium memory foam and a soft, breathable fabric cover. The outer cover is removable and washable.

How do I wash the Driftoo™ Pillow?

The outer cover is removable and machine-washable. Just unzip, remove the cover, and wash it on a gentle cycle with cold water. Air drying is best to maintain its softness.

Does it get hot or sweaty?

Not at all. The breathable outer fabric and open neck design help regulate temperature during use.

Where are your products shipped from?

We ship from fulfillment centers in North America.

What is the delivery time?

Shipping usually takes 1-2 business days, depending on your location.

Why is my tracking number not working or not updating?

Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to activate after dispatch. If it hasn’t updated after 2 business days, reach out through our Contact page and we’ll look into it.

What do I do if I receive a “Delivered” notification but didn’t get my package?

First, check with neighbors or building managers. Still nothing? Contact our support team and we’ll help locate or reship your order.

The shipping address is incorrect — how can I change it?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can fix it! Contact us within 12 hours of ordering.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes — just contact us within 12 hours of placing it if it hasn't shipped yet. After that, your order may already be in processing.

I forgot to use my discount code. Can I still apply it?

Unfortunately, we can't apply discount codes retroactively — but keep an eye out, we run promotions regularly!

I was charged twice — what do I do?

This could be a bank authorization hold. If you see two charges after 24 hours, contact us immediately.

I didn’t receive my invoice — how can I request one?

We’ve got you! Contact us with your order number and we’ll resend your invoice PDF.
